We do a lot of things here. We make exceptionally great and innovative coffee drinks, thanks to our roasting partner, Kobrick, who sources crazy-good beans. We bake crave-worthy treats, including cookies and cinnamon rolls. We host events. We curate cool retail from brands that you might know, you might not. We deliver top-notch customer service. We live for making a day brighter.

KRISTIN
I grew up in New York and spent my summers at the Jersey shore with my family. LBI will always have my heart but Hoboken is very much home for my husband and our 2 kids, Stella and Harrison. We moved here 5 years ago and immediately fell in love with what this town is all about.
The Hive is a fusion of my professional life and creative passions, having spent over a decade working in retail merchandising for brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret and SoulCycle, but my happy place was always in the kitchen baking and playing hostess for family and friends. I love the joy that comes from celebrating together and I want The Hive to be just that, a celebration of community every day.
CATHERINE
Before embarking on this entrepreneurial journey with The Hive, I spent my career working in the beauty industry as a publicist to brands both large and small, crafting stories and driving media relations for them. So much of my job required me to connect with others, build strategies, and share brand news, which is still very much part of my work with The Hive and what I love to do the most, professionally. When I’m not working, I’m spending time (preferably outdoors!) with my family, and on those rare occasions I have some free time, nothing beats an episode of some Real Housewives franchise or devouring The Great British Bake-Off.
