CINNY ROLL FAQ
We’ve been baking up our cinnamon rolls since early 2022 and they’ve become our Hive staple! We serve up our fresh baked classic cinnies on Saturday & Sunday mornings starting at 8am when we open our doors, and our specialty flavor of the month on Fridays. All of our rolls are made in-house from scratch, and served hot out of the oven with a pillowy topping of house-made cream cheese frosting. We bake around 200-300 cinnies each day, and typically sell out within two hours. We occasionally do surprise weekday drops so follow along on instagram to stay in the cinny know!
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE TO SCORE A CINNY?
As of Spring 2025 lines have been starting around 7:30am and wait times can be up to an hour in Hoboken, less in Jersey City. If you’d like to guarantee getting your hands on a roll, we’d suggest arriving before we open at 8am. Summer is our slower season, so if lines are not for you, summer is your time!
HOW LONG IS THE WAIT?
Our incredible team works hard to move the line along as fast as they can while still giving each customer the true Hive experience. We are a neighborhood shop and we like to chat with our customers, ask how you’re doing and make each person feel welcomed and taken care of. Our baristas take their time in making each drink with love and care so we ask that you please show them kindness. On cinny roll mornings the wait can be up to an hour.
WHY DO YOU ONLY SELL THEM ON WEEKENDS?
Our bakers work all week preparing our dough (and fillings!), rolling it up and whipping up our delicious cream cheese frosting in our small kitchen. Our cinnies take lots of little naps along the way as the dough takes time to proof. We do our best to whip up as many as we can each week in preparation for the Fri-Sun weekend rush.
CAN I PRE-ORDER?
At this time we do not accept any pre-orders for rolls. All rolls are available on a first come, first served basis in-shop only, and are limited to a max of four per customer. Depending on schedules and capacity, we can occasionally accommodate pre-orders for full trays of twelve pre-baked rolls on Mondays-Thursdays only. Email us at catering@thehivemarket.com to inquire.

We offer our frozen take & bake 6-packs, now available in store any time! Stop by either our Hoboken or Jersey City shops to pick them up ahead of a weekend away, a party or anytime the cinny craving hits. Baking instructions can be found here.
DO THEY CONTAIN NUTS?
Our cinny rolls are nut free, however they are made in a kitchen that processes nuts and share equipment with other baked goods that contain nuts. Our rolls contain milk, eggs and wheat.
